For some organisations, it is more appropriate to contract consultants to implement stormwater treatment devices. In these cases, it is strongly recommended that in-house staff try to learn as much as possible from the consultants so that the organisation as a whole might improve their knowledge of stormwater improvements and reduce the need for future outsourcing.
